New York
Sometime between June and September 1997, I went to visit New York. A friend and I took the ferry to Ellis Island to go to the Statue of Liberty. On that day, we didn’t go to the top of the statue. I posed for a picture on the island with the NY skyline in the back.
Four years later, the scene would look significantly different…
